Neil, Matt, Dick & myself headed out to Portsea to celebrate Neil’s birthday.
The course has been reconfigured & the car’s GPS took us to the old carpark. Keep in mind if you are heading out here to put the new address into your GPS J Speaking of GPS, all of our golf GPS units & apps had the old layout on them. After speaking to the guy in the proshop most of the companies who run the GPS units have been asked to update them so download a new version before you head out.
The course was in great nick which, considering all the rain we had last week, is a great advertisement for the sandbelt J
We had a ball out here (as we always do). Speaking of balls I played with some Calloway rocks which seemed to straight out my drives, thank Matt J It was an interesting day, Neil managed to through his club further than his drive, Dick managed to hit a ball twice on a chip shot & put his self in the bunker with the second shot & I needed Matt to double check my score in the club house J
It was an enjoyable course & would like to come back again in the future
